Indoor & Outdoor Sessions
I have spent so much time scouting out the perfect location to make your photos memorable. All of my session are held outdoors with the exception of newborn photos. Newborn photos can either be taken at a location outside or can be taken inside your home but it is 100% your choice. When booking a session you will be given a list of locations to choose from and it will be your choice for the location of your session. When I have mini sessions scheduled those will be set at a specific predefined location.

FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Diamond will receive 25 edited images.
Platinum will receive 20 edited images.
Silver will receive 15 edited images.
Minis will receive 10 edited images.
How should we dress for our family session?
Please wear something comfortable. If wearing a dress not from my client closet, please do not wear dresses that stop above your knee as they limit the amount of movement and sitting poses we can include to your gallery. I do help with styling but if you would like to style your own family please refer to my styling guide and send to me for previewing. I ask that any everyday accessories such as hair ties and Apple Watches please be removed prior to your session. Please make sure phones and wallets are not in pockets for your session as well.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
Newborn sessions should be done within the first 2 weeks of life.
How long will it take to receive my gallery?
You will receive your softproof gallery within a week of your session. You have 3 days to choose which photos from your softproof gallery you would like to be edited. If photos are not chosen within 3 days, the softproof gallery will disappear. If you did not choose from the Softproofs gallery before it expires, there will be a $50 fee to be published again and the process of 3 days will repeat. Final gallery will be delivered within 4 weeks after you have chosen your photos from the softproof gallery.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
You do not have to pay your total session fee up front. At the time of booking you are required to pay a nonrefundable retainer fee that is 25% the cost of your session to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your session date or your session will be cancelled. If session is cancelled, retainer and any other payments made will not be refunded.
What if something comes up and I need to reschedule?
If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, your retainer and nay other payments made will be transferred over to reschedule one time. There will also be a $25 rescheduling fee charged before we can secure a rescheduled day and time. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled session, it will be treated as a cancellation. If you still want a session after cancellation, you will be required to book a new session and pay all session fees/retainers again.
